LUNCH FOR NEW YEAR On the first day of the year we had a lunch with the brothers after the service. It was a nice time, more because of the commemoration of the day many a brother were spending the day with their families. Still had a good group, especially children. NEW MEMBERS We have three more members into the church. These brethren, in obedience to Christ's command were baptized at the end of the year. All are receiving the certificate. ABILIO is a young man with serious eye problems. He needs surgery to fix the problem, but here in Mozambique does not have that kind of treatment. Abilio has a great will power. At school he can not see anything on the table, even large letters, for that reason he needs a colleague read what is written and so it copies. To read the book or he puts the Bible close to his face. Buy a Bible with giant letters for easy reading. This year he made a commitment to read the whole Bible. It is a great example for us. CAROLINA is a young and willing to serve, but has serious problems and constant headaches. NATHANAEL , thank God, our son enjoys good health and great support in our ministry. These are the new members of our church. NEW OPPORTUNITY Apolitical and a young man who was working faithfully in the church. But she became involved with a Jehovah's Witness and was disciplined. After much prayer and counseling he recognized his sin and, thank God, at the end of last year he reconciled with the church. He is resuming activities. He has called to be pastor. Pray for him. Our service is growing child. For lack of a room, our children gather on the porch next to the church. Teens has helped with the activities and control of little ones. Thanks to our good God, we are starting the new year with plenty of willingness to continue the Lord's work in Mozambique. Pray for us. Divine Pastor and family, (Updated 01/26/12)
