Addresses Information for Candidates Write Us Contribuitions Claudinei and his wife Eleneil surrendered their lives to Christ through the ministry of Maranatha Baptist Church in Marilandia do Sul, PR. They live in a neighboring city called Maua da Serra. Soon, with the support of the Church, and with the coming of the American missionary couple George and Gloria Moore in 1999, services began in Maua da Serra with the hope of soon starting another church in the region. They registered for classes at the Southern Regular Baptist Seminary in 2002 after feeling the call of God to full-time ministry. As seminary students, they worked at Calvary Baptist Church in Pinhais, PR, and had the opportunity to lead a congregation in the neighboring city of Piraquara. They also helped Pastor Phillip Taylor and his wife Mary Ruth to plant a new church in Vila Camargo, a neighborhood in Curitiba. They worked in this church, New Life Baptist Church, for 5 years. For their first 3 years there he was a seminary student, and the last 2 years he served as assistant pastor. Since their call to the ministry, their heart's great desire was to work in missions in the Northern part of Parana, especially Maringa. They went to school for training, both in theory and in practice, for the ministry of church planting. They joined MBBF in December of 2007. They raised their personal support and arrived in Maringa in May of 2008. They met a family that came from a Regular Baptist Church in Joao Pessoa, PB, and they joined with them to have bible studies and to hold services. Claudinei and Eleneil have two children: Abner Lucas and Fernanda.

mbbf@mbbf.org.br “Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ” Eph. 1:2 Hello DEAR BROTHERS, We hope that this finds you enjoying the grace and peace of our God and Father and of the Lord Jesus Christ. To Him be all honor and glory. We always give thanks to God for your lives as you have blessed us with your prayers and contributions so that this work can continue. As for us, thank God we are doing very well. God has been faithful to us. As for the ministry, everything is going well, by the grace of God. We have encountered challenges, but at the same time, we have received many blessings and this encourages us and brings joy to our heart. VISITORS God has blessed us with visits from many of the brothers. In December, a missionary couple from Curitiba, Pastor Felipe and Mrs. Ruty Tyler visited us. We worked with them before coming to Maringa. In January, Pastor Valdir and his daughter, Lidiane, visited us. He is the pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Curitiba. SALVATION OF SOULS On December 19, 2009, by the grace of God, three people accepted Christ as their Savior through the Bible study. They were Mrs. Aparecida and her two kids, Izabela and Lucas, both adolescents. We are discipling them. Please pray that they will grow spiritually, and pray also for the salvation of the husband, Mr. Lucio. CHRISTMAS PROGRAM On December 20, 2009 we held our special Christmas program in which the women and children participated. The theme was: The Greatest Gift. We had 38 people in attendance, including some visitors. We are grateful to God for the brethren here. They are all willing to help and joyfully participate in the church’s activities. We have many plans for this year, but what we want most is to see souls offering themselves at the feet of our Savior Jesus Christ and comitting themselves to Him. Pr. Claudinei and family. 1. For the salvation of souls; 2. For the projects that we have this year; 3. That God will enable us and give us wisdom in the ministry; 4. For spiritual growth for the new brothers in Christ.
